Kids Programs
Our Kids Program is broken into the Tiger Cubs (ages 4-6) and Juniors (ages 6-11). Both programs are age-specific and are designed as a perfect fit for the appropriate developmental stages.
Teen Programs
Tiger Rock’s Teen Program is built upon the foundational skills that teens need most: confidence, fitness, discipline, physical activity, and positive social interaction.
ADULT PROGRAMS
If you’re an adult searching for the perfect workout, stress reliever, weight management system, and more, then you’re in the right place! A huge gym to enjoy! We are the largest academy in the state with over 12,000 square feet of space for you to experience!
Tiger Rock has more than Martial Arts! Martial Arts are our focus but we also offer a rock climbing gym, parkour course, and tumbling floor. The best athletes are well-rounded, agile, fast, and have great muscle twitch. To that end, all activities at Tiger Rock provide the opportunity to enhance these skills.
Consistent Competitions! Participants compete three times a year, providing the opportunity to discover your strengths, as well as learn where you can improve in your continuing Martial Arts practice.
